Part 1 – Fresh Off the Trailer
The trailer door swung open with a squeal.
Dust floated in sunbeams. Hooves thudded against rubber mats. And in the middle of it all, a young goat stepped down and blinked into the light.
Tuff, they called him. Nobody knew if it was short for “tough” or just because he looked like he’d headbutt a thundercloud.
This wasn’t his first stop — he’d seen barns and pens, muddy sale yards, and that weird farm with the trampoline (don’t ask). But this place… this one smelled different.
Not just hay and sweat and oats. It smelled like belonging.
He peered around. Clean fences. Buckets scrubbed to a shine. Signs painted by hand. Off to the side, he caught sight of a few humans — not yelling, not rushing — just watching. Waiting.
One had a clipboard. Another gave him a nod.
Was that a wink?
Tuff wasn’t sure what this was.
An auction? A new job? A test?
All he knew was, something was happening.
And it had his name written all over it.
We’re a family-run raw goat dairy offering premium whole milk, skim milk, goat cream, butter, and buttermilk. Everything is made fresh, from pasture-raised goats, and available only to herd share members.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery:
All sales are by herd share membership only. Members receive monthly product credit and can reserve items in advance. Delivery is available within our local route for an extra fee.
